Their 360° approach—feeding, fortifying, and finishing the skin—delivers transformative skin health results with Advanced Nutrition Programme™ supplements, Environ® skincare, and et al. skincare-infused makeup. iiaa also supports a global network of salons and clinics with education, business growth opportunities, and a commitment to sustainability.

The Challenge
Eventis empowers skincare professionals to guide their clients toward lasting skin health. Many products feature active ingredients, available exclusively through the Eventis skincare program at partner salons. The task was to design a unifying visual identity and user experience for their digital ecosystem, which includes:
iiaa Hub: A secure portal for partner salons to order stock, manage customer data, and arrange training for Eventis-certified staff
Eventis Salon App: A bespoke app for certified therapists to guide their clients through skincare consultations
Eventis Consumer App: An app for clients to track their skin health journey, order products, and book appointments
Central Database: The ecosystem's backbone, managing payments, powering the apps, and hosting the CRM platform
Strategic Approach
The focus was on designing an intuitive UX/UI that would create a seamless experience for salon staff while also ensuring an elegant, unified visual identity across all components of the ecosystem.
Design Solution
While each component serves a distinct purpose, the goal was to visually unify the ecosystem with a seamless, efficient UI that builds brand confidence. Key actions are emphasized through clean, intuitive dashboards, across each platform, while streamlined ordering processes and personalized, brand-aligned language foster a professional yet approachable experience. This considered design approach strengthens iiaa’s connection with both salon partners and customers, reinforcing trust and engagement across each touchpoint.
The name RADIIAANCE for the back-end system reflects the brand’s focus on skin health and vitality, while aligning naturally with iiaa’s identity.
